All Natural Deep Indigo Maroon Weft Copper ID 18.5 oz

Its time yet again for another hand-woven & hand-dyed piece of 100% natural art – this time it comes as a 18.5oz Deep Indigo Maroon Weft Copper Selvedge.

The fabric has been hand-woven on vintage non-machine shuttle looms by local Indonesian artisian fabric makers and hand dyed in a mix of natural indigo & tree bark. We made sure to dip the cotton yarns in indigo and tree bark solution as many times as humanly possible to to get a rich tone.

The weaving technique gives a rigid and uneaven slubby feeling with tons of character making it a high contender for great fades.

To match the Maroon weft, we carefully choose a glossy copper selvedge which gives the fabric its extra bling.

This fine and handmade production process makes it only possible to weave 4 yards per day and will be limited to 100y which gives around 40 pairs of jeans. – The SOSO bros

  100% natural cotton.
• Shrinkage:
  This fabric has been pre-shrunk/sanforized. Shrinkage expected 3-5%
• Washing advice:
  First time we recommend a soak and let hang dry to prevent excessive shrinkage.
• Expectations:
  A rigid fabric that will be tough to tame. It’s quite stiff in the beginning. Softens up with time.

  18.5 oz heavyweight.
