If you like characterful fabrics with old school feel, this 16.3 oz denim is a great choice for you. In sunlight, this denim will stand out with a lot of hairy texture and deeper indigo color. The feeling is quite forgiving, and break-in will be easier than other 16 oz fabrics.

  • 15.5oz mid-weight core dyed Slub Japanese selvedge
  • 100% cotton
  • Classic redline selvedge ID
  • First time washing this denim soak in cold water and let hang dry to prevent excessive shrinkage. This denim is sanforized but still expect a small amount of shrinkage.
  • Fabric is limited to 100 yards / 96 meters. Available to customise jeans, shirt and jackets.
  • The slub character is so powerful, that it will require a contrast stitching like fire yellow or copper.
  • The weight will allow for great fades in time. There’s a lot of white weft shining through already.
  • 3×1 RHT = Right hand twill cotton

As a result, our standard features include slightly narrower shoulders and longer sleeves than other brands. Furthermore, The Rebel denim jacket collection now includes 4 unique styles, all built on the same “skeleton” fit guide. Therefore, whether you’re looking for a classic look or something more contemporary, our fit guide jackets have you covered. And with four different styles to choose from, you’re sure to find the perfect fit guide jacket for your needs.

    We've been doing this for a long time. If you're unsure of which stitching match this fabric, or what pockets looks nice, or simply you can't decide. Let us help with the basics of Step 1 and give you the most classic combination. 
    We will leave Step 2,3 and 4 untouched since they add personality to your products and you can continue the customisation process from there.
    Please note that even if you let us decide Step 1, you will need to choose mandatory selections marked with a red star *

    For a sturdy feeling fabric and loads of Slubbyliciousness, it’s fairly easy to wear right way unlike similar looking fabrics. The website and social media pics capture this denim well. It has a really prominent crosshatch look to it with the intriguing irregularity. Overall a great choice for those who want to venture from basics to more irregular textures and ease from standard to heavier weight denims as this is on the heavy side of medium.
