General Terms
If exchanging or returning an item, the customer will pay the freight cost back to us. We will cover the freight cost of the new item.
Refunds will be made to the original way of payment. Additional duties, shipping costs and/or taxes will not be refunded.
A parcel will be returned to us if the customer fails to pick it up in time. We will add the amount of $25 if the customer wants us to send the parcel again.
Make sure you checked your sizing before purchase. We use vanity sizing. Other brands may have different sizing.
Cancellations & Changes
Customers has 24 hours to cancel, an existing order, otherwise completed payments will not be returned.
The initial amount will be deposited back when we receive your returned product. This amount is excluding the initial shipping charge of 25 USD. Refunds will be done immediately after receiving of the goods. Additional duties, or taxes will not be refunded.
Custom Made
Our production time for custom made orders are usually between 3-6 weeks for general products, and up to 8 weeks for 33OZ-TBOL.
Possible reasons for extended production time:
- 33 oz
- Alterations requires new pattern making.
- Sales/promotion.
- Requested changes to your order.
We reserve the right to rectify pricing errors and adjust prices in case of exchange rate fluctuations, which make listed prices incorrect.
When shipping we refer to normal business days. This is Monday to Friday excluding holidays.
We always ship our parcels in perfect condition. SOSO Clothing is not responsible for delays that occur when the parcel is in transit.
Customs & Duties Info
Every SOSO product is handcrafted and shipped directly from our factory in Bangkok.
This not only keeps costs down but also reduces environmental impact compared to shipping through Europe.
If you’re charged duties, don’t worry—just email us your receipt, and we’ll issue a voucher covering the full amount for your next purchase.
