We work with a small team in independent factories in Bangkok and Southern Thailand. Our focus is on quality and care, taking the time to make sure each piece meets our standards. While we may not be as fast as big fashion brands, we’re one of the quickest in custom denim.
Delivery is normally between 4-6 weeks. Here are a few reasons why some orders might take a bit longer:

After placing your order, you have a 24-hour window to make changes to or cancel your order.
Changes to your shipping address are possible before your garment leaves the factory. Email jannis@sosoclothing.se for assistance. If your order has already shipped, contact DHL directly with your waybill number.
For manufacturing errors, we’ll replace your item for free. If the fabric is unavailable, we’ll offer a similar option or an alternative solution.
If the product doesn’t fit and you would like to exchange, please contact us.
Exceptions to this policy include visible tampering, manipulation, or fraying thread holes.

Recommendations
Remember that every brand has different sizing. Size 32 does not mean 32 inch. Study our size guide carefully and If you need help with finding the perfect size we are always here to help you! Each of our products is crafted by hand, so slight variations in size may occur. The thickness of the material affects how it folds, which can also contribute to these differences. If a garment feels a bit too large, a hot soak can help with shrinking. We’re always here to provide assistance and guidance—feel free to reach out anytime.
Our raw fabrics shrink naturally, so expect some shrinkage. Heat increases shrinkage, so avoid hot washes. Wear your SOSOs before washing to break them in. Reduce shrinkage by soaking in cold water and air drying. Avoid spin cycle to prevent fade lines. Use lowest temperature setting for minimal shrinkage, then adjust for subsequent washes.
