SOSO Clothing was founded in 2010 by Jannis Hoff and Johan Holzkämper Blom—two denim enthusiasts from Sweden. From day one, our goal was simple: to offer custom-made, high-quality raw denim at a fair price. Today, SOSO is recognized globally, with all production based in Bangkok, and we’ve expanded into heavyweight denim, premium leather, and ultra-heavy flannel shirts.
In 2017, Fredrik Milton Schoultz joined the team, and we opened our head office in Umeå, Sweden, where we remain proudly independent.
We stand for an “anti-fashion” approach: timeless garments, tailored to your fit, rooted in denim and workwear heritage. Every piece is built to last—and made with your preferences in mind.
Nowadays, we manufacture our own proprietary denims while continuing to source rare deadstock selvedge from around the world. Combined with custom details, our garments become true one-of-a-kind pieces.

Our Denim Production
We proudly operate a small factory just outside Bangkok, where our skilled team—led by Taep, a 30-year denim veteran—brings each garment to life. His son Ferdinand now oversees daily operations, ensuring smooth production and fast turnaround.
For our leather shirts and jackets, we’ve partnered with Art, one of Phuket’s finest tailors, whose craftsmanship matches SOSO’s dedication to detail.
At SOSO, we reject mass production in favor of traditional tailoring. Every piece is sewn using classic machines like Japanese Jukis, American Singers, and the legendary Union Special—essential for the true rope hem.
Despite being rooted in heritage, our factory delivers some of the fastest turnaround times in custom denim, without ever compromising on quality.
