Our 17oz classic indigo denim stands out as one of the most versatile heavyweight options available. Perfect for those new to heavyweight denim or seasoned denim enthusiasts, this selvedge fabric offers a superb introduction to the world of heavyweights. Expect exceptional fades and a stiff feel initially, which will soften over time, making it a favorite in your wardrobe. Whether you’re opting for jeans or a top, this classic denim won’t disappoint.

Crafted from 100% Australian premium cotton, this rigid fabric boasts natural heavyweight characteristics and features a deep, dark indigo dye with a classic red selvedge ID.

Reminiscent of the iconic Levi’s classics, our 17oz denim is a standout in our collection, recommended across all our product categories.

product care

Turn inside-out before washing. For denim and flannel, begin with a cold soak, then machine wash on a short cycle at 30°C (max 40°C / 100°F) with low or no spin. For waxed canvas, spot clean with cold water and a soft brush or cloth, never machine wash, dry clean, or use heat.

Hang or lay flat to dry. Do not tumble dry! Re-wax canvas as needed to maintain water resistance.

Shrinkage & Stretch
This garment is not industrially pre-washed, so some shrinkage is expected. Washed per the guidelines, the waist and inseam may shrink by 1″, with other areas adjusting proportionally.

Post-wash or soak, the waist will stretch back approximately 1″ with wear. High-stress areas also tend to return to pre-wash dimensions over time.
