We work with a small team in independent factories in Bangkok and Southern Thailand. Our focus is on quality and care, taking the time to make sure each piece meets our standards. While we may not be as fast as big fashion brands, we’re one of the quickest in custom denim.

Our usual production time is 4-6 weeks, with the 33oz TBOL taking about 7-8 weeks. Here are a few reasons why some orders might take a bit longer:

• Alterations requires new pattern making.
• Sales/promotion.
• Requested changes to your order.

After placing your order, you have a 24-hour window to make changes to or cancel your order.

Changes to your shipping address are possible before your garment leaves the factory. Email jannis@sosoclothing.se for assistance. If your order has already shipped, contact DHL directly with your waybill number.

For manufacturing errors, we’ll replace your item for free. If the fabric is unavailable, we’ll offer a similar option or an alternative solution.

If the product doesn’t fit and you would like to exchange, please contact us.

Exceptions to this policy include visible tampering, manipulation, or fraying thread holes.

Every SOSO product is handcrafted and shipped directly from our factory in Thailand – keeping costs fair and transparent, with no unnecessary detours or middlemen.

For our U.S. customers: Thanks to the de minimis exemption, orders under $800 are duty-free. No surprise taxes—just raw denim, straight to your doorstep.

Import duties may apply depending on your country’s rules.
